Germany or Florida was pure comic genius. Hey Adam, you still got two out of three. The logic angle for the first story and the absolute quickness on the second both gave me belly-laughs. Keep up the amazing work, it is so refreshing to listen to people really talk and be truly funny. Thanks.

Please do not have Jason from gizmodo back EVER. The way they handled the iPhone theft is just plain bad journalism, and if Jason contacted you guys to be on the show that makes me sick. If you want a tech person on your show talk to Leo again and Im sure he can find you some people that are on the up and up.

Did anyone here the “chick…chick…” of a lighter being used around the 20 minute mark? Adam doesn’t smoke, so I’m guessing it’s the sound of T being a bad mother.
That tech guy Jason has since had his house raided by the cops. That means Apple came buy and politely got the phone and then turned around and got a warrant.
DONNY, please, for these 2-part podcasts, stop announcing at the end of part 1, “Part 2 is available today.” You don’t know when people will be listening, so “today” is relative. So how about announcing a real date, such as “Part 2 will be available May sixth”?
