Edmunds worked with Ivan Stewart on Toyota’s TRD Off-Road package. He then left Toyota for Hyundai, running the chassis and brake tuning department. wow hard to believe that car is 21 years old. Freakout!
Weird that Dan mentions the braking as a weakness, I drove a supercharged version several times in the early 2000′s and I very much recall the brakes being astounding.
Maybe they were upgrades…
It must have been upgraded since there never was a supercharged version from the factory. Comptech made/makes a SC kit for the NSX.
^He was referring to the brakes as possibly being upgraded, not the supercharger.

No. It was a to aggressive alignment that wore the tires fast. Specifically to much toe in.
