Show Summary

Adam welcomes Norm Macdonald back to the podcast, and talks with him about how they’re always confused for one another. They both vent about frustrating fan interactions, and publicists that get excited over nothing. Adam then asks Norm about being a little reclusive, and talks to him about why he doesn’t drive. Norm expresses his personal fears, and Adam imagines the ‘Navigeddon.’

Later in the show, Adam and Norm talk about how he got into comedy, and the guys do an improv scene about being a bad pimp. Norm also talks about being on Star Search, and the guys watch a video of the rival that beat him. As the show wraps up, Adam tries to convince Norm to let him teach him how to drive, but Norm thinks it may be used for a comedy bit.

Show Summary

As the show opens up, Adam talks with Petros and Money about their long relationship and how well they work together. The guys flash back to the earlier days of KROQ, but quickly find themselves dealing with closed freeways. Later the guys talk about messing up your own property so it doesn’t get stolen, and they make fun of the old faceplate stereos.

Adam and the guys also discuss ‘the dumbest athletes on the planet,’ and Adam speaks about his Hawaii controversy. Adam makes fun of Bob Dylan and the Grammys, and the guys talk about the awesomeness that is Red Dawn. After discussing a few more classic 80s films, the guys wrap the show right as they pull into the venue parking lot.

Show Summary

At the top of the podcast, Adam thanks everyone for their kind words and support regarding his buddy Phillip the Juggler. The guys also watch a video of him, then Alison starts up the news. Time Magazine has awarded ‘the protestor’ as the person of the year, and Adam shares his thoughts on why he’s alright with protestors around the world. They also discuss a possible cell phone ban in cars, and a Christmas edition of Germany or Florida.

Erin Brockovich then joins the podcast, and Adam asks her what it’s like to have a movie based on her life. They flash back to where she grew up, and how she ultimately educated herself and got the job that skyrocketed her career. Later, they discuss an oil platform in the middle of Beverly Hills, and Erin talks about using the internet to unite people and share information about where problems are occurring.

Back to the news, a new world record has been set for most people doing jumping jacks in a 24-hour period. Alison also shares some stories from her playground days, and discusses some of the debunked rumors about the human brain. As the show wraps up, the guys talk about the nature of cinnamon sticks, and the 10 most popular US Christmas trees.

Show Summary

Adam, Lynch and August drive home from a gig in Sacramento, speeding along in a Porsche Panamera and responding to your email questions. Adam talks about his love affair with Porsche, why his dislikes hockey, and why the First Wave channel plays such crappy music. He also flashes back to his high school days, and gives some advice about in-laws.

Later in the podcast, Adam makes fun of August’s ringtone, and complains about his radar detector and the police that enforce it. Adam also responds to questions about motorcycles, guns, the paranormal, and getting it on with the Mrs. As the show wraps up, Adam discusses an annoying acupuncture experience, and the Mile High club.

As the show opens, Adam talks about a unique way to get out of work when you first start a new job. Alison then starts the news discussing the list of Top Fail Moments of 2011. The guys talk about Anthony Weiner, Lindsay Lohan, and Casey Anthony; then Adam talks about a bad sports bar he visited while on the road with August. Later, Adam rants about the song ‘Simply Irresistible,’ and plays a round of What Can’t Adam Complain About: Holiday Edition.

Jill Zarin joins the podcast next, and she and Adam recall their first interaction on Andy Cohen’s show. Garret Dillahunt joins the podcast next, who Adam has been waiting to meet for a long time. He talks with Garret about his role in No Country, and how great everyone is in that movie. Adam also finds out about Garret’s journey into acting, and Garret speaks about the tragedy of his brother’s fatal drunk driving accident.

Adam then jumps to the phone lines and takes calls about the worst Christmas presents ever. Show Summary
